What you do at work
You work at the company's warehouse and on its sites in North Rhine-Westphalia. You receive and store building materials, prepare them for construction sites, load and unload, move goods around the warehouse, and keep the area tidy and safe. This is physical work.
Take-home pay
€2,749 is the gross figure. Tax and social insurance are deducted from it. Our estimate for tax class I without church tax is about €1,850–1,950 a month. This is an estimate, not a payslip, and your amount can differ. Housing is free, so rent does not come out of this.
Which permit is this?
This job uses Germany's quota-based short-term employment route, §15d of the Employment Regulation (BeschV). Most warehouse guides do not cover it. They describe the EU Blue Card or the Opportunity Card, which are built for skilled workers. §15d does not depend on your qualification.
- Employment is limited to 8 months within any 12 months.
- The job must be at least 30 hours a week, and the employer must follow a collective pay agreement.
- The employer pays the necessary travel costs.
- The Federal Employment Agency (BA) sets a quota, can change it at any time, and allows each employer a limited number of workers per workplace. Places are limited.
- The work is tied to this employer. Temporary agency work is not allowed.
How the process works
Application and passport copy
You fill in a short form and send a copy of your passport.
Free offer letter
You receive an official offer letter from the employer. This is free, with no prepayment. Check it with the employer yourself.
Documents
The employer applies to the Federal Employment Agency. We prepare your documents and send you the scans to check.
Originals by DHL and embassy appointment
We send the originals by DHL, arrange your appointment and help with the visa application.
Visa decision and travel
The German embassy or consulate decides. After approval you travel on tickets paid by the employer.
Timing depends on the authorities and the embassy in your country. Your manager will tell you what to expect in your case.
What it costs
Our service costs €1,000 per person, or €700 per person in a group of 10 or more. This covers the work permit, invitation, all documents, translation, consular fee, DHL delivery and the embassy appointment. If your visa is refused, we refund the fee, except visa fees.
How to check any offer before you pay
Job scams are common on this route. Use these checks on any agent, including us.
- Ask for the employer's full name and check it in the German company register.
- Contact the employer directly and confirm that the offer is real.
- Ask which legal route is used. A real agent can name the paragraph and explain the Federal Employment Agency step.
- Do not trust a "guaranteed visa". Only the embassy decides.
- If in doubt, ask the German embassy or consulate in your country.

It is not guaranteed
The employer, the quota and the embassy can all affect your case.

Questions
Do I need experience or a diploma for a warehouse job in Germany?
No. For this warehouse helper role, experience and a diploma are not required. The working language is English and German is not required.
How much does a warehouse worker earn in Germany on this contract?
€15.86 per hour gross, about €2,749 per month at 40 hours a week. Take-home pay depends on your tax situation. Our estimate for tax class I without church tax is about €1,850–1,950 per month. This is an estimate, not a payslip.
Can I stay in Germany after the 8 months?
Do not plan on it. Employment under §15d is limited to 8 months within any 12 months. Staying longer would need a new permit from the authorities, on a different legal basis. This contract does not lead to permanent residence by itself.
Can my family come with me?
As a rule, no. Family reunification is generally not available under this short-term programme. Plan to travel alone.
Can you guarantee the visa?
No. Nobody can. The decision belongs to the German embassy or consulate. Be careful with anyone who promises a guaranteed visa.
