From application to visa
Application
Day 1Send a passport scan via WhatsApp or complete the form on the website. We provide a preliminary eligibility assessment within 24 hours.
Document collection
Days 1–2You provide personal details and source documents. A dedicated manager checks the file and confirms the next steps.
Document package preparation
Days 5–9We prepare the employer-side package: contract, invitation, insurance where required and supporting documents. You receive scans for review within 5–9 days.
Scan review and final payment
Days 5–10No prepayment is required. You pay only after the completed document scans are ready and provided for your review.
DHL delivery and appointment support
Days 8–14After payment, we send the original documents by DHL. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days, and we support the embassy or consulate appointment stage.
Visa decision and departure
Days 28–34You attend the appointment with the prepared document package, receive the authority’s decision in around 20 days on average and travel to Europe if the visa is approved.
