Terms of Use

1. Service description

Europe Expert is a Swiss agency providing document support for work permits in European countries, currently Germany, Hungary and Serbia. Services include document preparation, coordination of employer-side documentation, embassy appointment support, DHL document delivery and personal WhatsApp assistance.

We act as an intermediary between applicants and European employers. We do not guarantee employment decisions or visa outcomes, but we are responsible for preparing and delivering a complete, legally structured document package according to the agreed service.

2. Payment terms

No prepayment is required. Payment is made only after the document package has been prepared and scans have been provided for review.

  • No upfront payment — preparation starts after the terms are agreed and the service contract is confirmed.
  • Payment after scan review — you receive scans, review the package and pay the service fee before original documents are dispatched.
  • Originals and appointment support — after payment, we send original documents via DHL and arrange the embassy or consulate appointment.

Government and consular fees are not included in the agency service fee and are paid directly by the applicant to the relevant authority.

3. Refund policy

If we cannot provide the agreed document package, you do not pay the service fee. If the embassy or consulate officially refuses the visa application, Europe Expert refunds 100% of the amount paid to Europe Expert for the agency service.

To request the refund, the applicant must provide the official refusal notice. Government, consular and other third-party fees paid directly to official authorities or external providers are not controlled by Europe Expert and are non-refundable.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate and truthful information. Medical certificates and police clearance certificates are obtained by the applicant in their country of residence. The 100% refund does not apply where refusal results from false information, forged documents, undisclosed immigration violations, failure to attend the appointment or failure to follow embassy instructions.

5. Limitation of liability

The final decision is always made by the embassy, consulate or competent authority. Europe Expert is responsible for the quality and completeness of the prepared document package, but is not responsible for decisions made by government bodies.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the applicant for the specific service.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Europe Expert is registered and operates under Swiss commercial law (Reg.: CH-FDJP-CHE104867502).

7. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms.
